STEP 1: Complete a business application form or click here.   STEP 2: On the last page of the Business Application Form, under SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS HERE: type "please supply a 1300 Voice2Email Service (or 1800 Voice2Email Service)   STEP 3: Once your application is approved, you can test your new 1300/1800 Voice2Email Service.   STEP 4: Onceyou have tested your new 1300/1800 Voice2Email Service you can then publish your new 1300/1800 Voice number across your stationery and in your marketing material.
